Capabilities

Building

Our facility is on approximately five acres of land. The building is 50,000 square feet of climate controlled space. We also own an additional 45 acres within the same industrial park to allow for future growth.

Surface Mount Equipment

Our facility is equipped with 3 complete SMT lines. All lines include Panasonic Chip Shooters, Fine Pitch Placement, and BTU 10 zone ovens. We utilize Panapro software which gives us the flexibility to setup product on any of the 3 lines with little or no programming down time, thus reducing setup cost and lead times.

Automated Through Hole Equipment

We have a Universal axial, radial and Dip Inserter as well as a Universal sequencer.

PCB Inspection

Our facility is equipped with two CR Technology AOI machines as well as a CR Technology X-Ray unit. These pieces of equipment allow us to closely monitor all of our PCB assemblies for component accuracy, proper solder joints, component defects and electrical shorts. The X-Ray gives us the capability to look within and under components such as BGA’s for manufacturing defects.

Cable / Harness Assembly

We have a full array of automated equipment to deal with industry vendors such as Tyco, Molex, T&B, Panduit, etc. Wire processing capabilities from 350MCM to 28awg. Harness board layout and assembly. Use IPC/WHMA-A-620 industry standards for assembly. No drawing or BOM, we can reverse engineer.

Cable Test

Utilize industry standard Cirris Sytems testers. Cirris Easy-Wire tester utilized for harness board assemblies. High Voltage/Current ground testing. Custom tester development is available based on needs of customers.

PCB Repair

We have a BGA rework station as well as a well equipped designated rework area.

Wave Solder

There are two totally independent wave solder machines. The first is an Electrovert that we utilize for non-ROHS solder operations. The second is a Teamco machine that is for ROHS compliant assemblies. We use the SAC 305 solder alloy for this unit.

Other

There are 4 slide lines, 22 individual work cells for manual solder operations. These work areas are separated into ROHS / non-ROHS cells. We have 3 final QC inspection stations, a designated area for final assembly, cable assembly and box build. These areas are set up to allow for quick change over.
